CIRCULAR
Issuing National Occupational Skill Standards for Agricultural Occupations

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; and Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP of the Government;
Pursuant to Decision No. 09/2008/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated March 27, 2008 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on issuing regulations on principles and procedures for developing and promulgating national occupational skill standards;
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby issues the National Occupational Skill Standards for occupations within the agricultural group:
Article 1. Attached hereto are the National Occupational Skill Standards for 13 occupations within the agricultural group, including:
1. Grain and Food Quality Testing Occupation;
2. Sugar Cane Quality Testing Occupation;
3. Operation and Maintenance of Electric Pump Stations Occupation;
4. Fish Processing and Preservation Occupation;
5. Artistic Woodwork Occupation;
6. Household Woodwork Occupation;
7. Irrigation Project Construction and Completion Occupation;
8. Plant Protection Occupation;
9. Forestry Occupation;
10. Livestock and Poultry Raising Occupation;
11. Veterinary Occupation;
12. Freshwater Aquaculture Occupation;
13. Brackish Water and Estuarine Aquaculture Occupation.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect forty-five days from the date of issuance.
Article 3The Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Department, the Head of the Ministry's Office, heads of relevant agencies, units, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
