ISSUING NATIONAL OCCUPATIONAL SKILL STANDARDS FOR THE FOLLOWING OCCUPATIONS:
Operating Construction Machinery (group of machines for construction works, aggregate processing);
Operating Solid Waste Treatment Plant and Household Power Plant

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 17/2008/NĐ-CP OF FEBRUARY 4, 2008, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION;
BASED ON THE DECISION NO. 09/2008/QĐ-BLĐTBXH OF MARCH 27, 2008, OF THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS, ADOPTING THE REGULATIONS ON PRINCIPLES AND PROCEDURES FOR DEVELOPING AND ISSUING NATIONAL OCCUPATIONAL SKILL STANDARDS;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT AND THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT;
THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ON NATIONAL OCCUPATIONAL SKILL STANDARDS FOR THE OCCUPATIONS: Operating Construction Machinery (group of machines for construction works, aggregate processing); Operating Solid Waste Treatment Plant and Household Power Plant.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE "NATIONAL OCCUPATIONAL SKILL STANDARDS FOR THE OCCUPATIONS: Operating Construction Machinery (group of machines for construction works, aggregate processing); Operating Solid Waste Treatment Plant and Household Power Plant".
Article 2. This Circular takes effect forty-five days from the date of signature.
Article 3. THE MINISTER, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, CHAIRMEN OF PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
