Amending and supplementing the Model Certificate of Origin for Goods
issued together with Circular No. 31/2013/TT-BCTNovember 15
of 2013 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on implementing the Rules
origin in the Vietnam-Chile Free Trade Agreement

Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 12, 2012, of the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to Decree No. 19/2006/NĐ-CP dated February 20, 2006, promulgated by the Government detailing the Law on Commerce regarding the origin of goods;
Implementing the Vietnam-Chile Free Trade Agreement signed by the Ministers of the two countries on November 11, 2011, in Honolulu, Hawaii, United States, and amended on May 20, 2013;
Implementing the Exchange Letter amending and supplementing the Vietnam-Chile Free Trade Agreement signed by the Ministers of the two countries on June 2, 2014;
At the proposal of the Director of the Import-Export Department,
The Minister of Industry and Trade issues this Circular to amend and supplement the Model Certificate of Origin for Goods (C/O) issued together with Circular No. 31/2013/TT-BCT dated November 15, 2013 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on implementing the Rules of Origin in the Vietnam-Chile Free Trade Agreement (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 31/2013/TT-BCT) as follows:
Article 1. Amending and supplementing Circular No. 31/2013/TT-BCT
1. Repealing Appendix IV-A - Model C/O VC of Vietnam issued together with Circular No. 31/2013/TT-BCT and replacing it with Appendix I issued together with this Circular.
2. Repealing Appendix IV-B - Model C/O VC of Chile issued together with Circular No. 31/2013/TT-BCT and replacing it with Appendix II issued together with this Circular.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from May 11, 2015./.
