Pursuant to the Civil Servant Law dated November 15, 2010;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 12, 2012 The Government stipulates on recruitment, utilization, and management of civil servants;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 3, 2017 of Pursuant to Decree No. 60/2021/NĐ-CP dated June 21, 2021, which establishes the financial autonomy mechanism for public service organizations, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 111/2025/NĐ-CP dated May 22, 2025; the Ministry of Home Affairs;

The Minister of Home Affairs issues this Circular prescribing the job code for the profession of civil servants as Sound Technician, Announcer, Film Editing Technician, Cinematographer belonging to the Information and Communications specialty. Article 2. Effective Date

1. THE MINISTER, HEADS OF MINISTRIES EQUIVALENT TO MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-ADMINISTERED AGENCIES; CHAIRS OF PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR.
