CIRCULAR
Issuing the Minimum List of Teaching Aids for Grade 1
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Education Law dated November 25, 2009;
Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
At the proposal of the Director of the Infrastructure Department; the Director of the Primary Education Department;
The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular Circular Issuing the Minimum List of Teaching Aids for Grade 1.
Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates the Minimum List of Teaching Aids for Grade 1, including: Mathematics, Vietnamese Language, Natural Science and Social Studies, Music, Fine Arts (for one subject classroom), Physical Education, Morality, experiential activities, and common equipment.
Based on the Minimum List of Teaching Aids for Grade 1 promulgated by this Circular, departments of education and training shall be responsible for directing the procurement, production, collection, preservation, and use of teaching aids to serve instruction at primary schools starting from the academic year 2020-2021.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect on May 21, 2019
This Circular replaces the provisions regarding the Minimum List of Teaching Aids for Grade 1 in Circular No. 15/2009/TT-BGDĐT dated July 16, 2009 issued by the Minister of Education and Training on issuing the Minimum List of Teaching Aids for primary education.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, Directors of the Infrastructure Department and Primary Education Department, heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; Chairpersons of provincial/municipal People's Committees; Directors of departments of education and training; organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
