CIRCULAR
Amending and supplementing the Appendix of Circular No. 05/2018/TT-BXD
dated June 29, 2018 of the Ministry of Construction on guiding the export of construction materials minerals

Pursuant to the Law on Minerals dated November 17, 2010;
Pursuant to Decree No. 81/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to Decree No. 24a/2016/NĐ-CP dated April 5, 2016 of the Government on managing construction materials;
Pursuant to Decree No. 158/2016/NĐ-CP dated November 29, 2016 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Minerals Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2018 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Foreign Trade Management;
At the proposal of the Director of the Construction Materials Department;
The Minister of Construction issues this Circular amending and supplementing the Appendix of Circular No. 05/2018/TT-BXD dated June 29, 2018 of the Ministry of Construction on guiding the export of construction materials minerals.
Article 1.
Amending and supplementing Circular No. 05/2018/TT-BXD dated June 29, 2018 of the Ministry of Construction on guiding the export of construction materials minerals:
Replacing Appendix I on the List, Specifications, and Technical Indicators for Exported Construction Materials Minerals with Appendix I on the List, Specifications, and Technical Indicators for Exported Construction Materials Minerals attached hereto.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from December 1, 2019.
