CIRCULAR

Issuing QCVN 03:2022/BXD National Technical Regulation on
Classification of Construction Works for Design Purposes

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Decree No. Decision No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP August 1, 2007 Government Decree detailing certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations and the Government Decree78/2018/NĐ-CP May 16, 2018 Government Decree amending and supplementing certain articles of the Government Decreenumber127/2007/NĐ-CP August 1, 2007;

Pursuant to Decree No.August 8, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction; August 8, 2022 Government Decree stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology, and Environment;

The Minister of Construction issues this Circular to issue QCVN 03:2022/BXD National Technical Regulation on Classification of Construction Works for Design Purposes.

Article 1. Attached to this Circular is QCVN 03:2022/BXD National Technical Regulation on Classification of Construction Works for Design Purposes.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from June 1, 2023, and replaces Circular No. 12/2012/TT-BXD dated December 28, 2012, issued by the Minister of Construction to issue QCVN 03:2012/BXD National Technical Regulation on Principles of Classification and Grading of Civil, Industrial, and Urban Infrastructure Works.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, provincial People's Committees under the central government, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
