Issuing National Technical Regulations on electric motor propulsion systems installed on inland waterway vessels

Pursuant to the Law on Inland Waterways Traffic dated June 15, 2004 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Inland Waterways Traffic dated June 17, 2014;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations and Decree No. 78/2018/ND-CP dated May 16, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 56/2022/ND-CP dated August 24, 2022 of THE GOVERNMENT stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology, and Environment Department and the Director of the Vietnam Registration Agency;
The Minister of Transport issues this Circular on National Technical Regulations on electric motor propulsion systems installed on inland waterway vessels.
Article 1. These National Technical Regulations on electric motor propulsion systems installed on inland waterway vessels are promulgated together with this Circular.
Registration code: QCVN 126:2025/BGTVT.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from August 1, 2025.
