Pursuant to Decree No.10/2021/NĐ-CPFebruary 9, 2021, of the Government on construction investment cost management;

Pursuant to Decree No.06/2021/NĐ-CPJanuary 26, 2021, of the Government detailing certain contents regarding construction quality and construction work management and maintenance of construction projects;

Pursuant to Decree No.05/2021/NĐ-CPJanuary 25, 2021, of the Government on airport and civil aviation terminal management and operation;

Pursuant to Decree No.44/2018/NĐ-CPMarch 13, 2018, of the Government on the management, use, and operation of aviation infrastructure assets;

Pursuant to Decree No.66/2015/NĐ-CPAugust 12, 2015, of the Government on aviation authorities;

At the proposal of the Director of the Construction Infrastructure Department and the Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam;

The Minister of Construction issues this Circular on economic-technical norms for maintenance of aviation infrastructure structures within airfield areas at civil airports.

Article 1. Scope of Regulation

This Circular stipulates economic-technical norms for maintenance of aviation infrastructure structures within airfield areas using state budget funds at civil airports, specifically:

1. Economic-technical norms for maintenance of construction works in Part I, Section 2, Appendix attached to this Circular.

2. Economic-technical norms for equipment maintenance in Part II, Section 2, Appendix attached to this Circular.

Article 2. Applicability

This Circular applies to organizations and individuals related to the determination of costs for maintenance of aviation infrastructure structures within airfield areas at civil airports using state budget funds.

Article 3. Effectiveness

This Circular takes effect from May 12, 2025./.
