RESOLUTION
Regarding the revocation of Decision No. 29/2000/QĐ-BCN dated April 17, 2000 of the Minister of Industry and Construction on the plan to sell the Beer and Beverage Company according to Government Decree No. 103/1999/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 1999 on the transfer, lease, sale, and rental of enterprises
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Circular No. 1189/CP-ĐMDN dated December 31, 2001 of the Prime Minister approving the restructuring plan for some units under the Vietnam Coal Corporation;
Considering the proposal of the Vietnam Coal Corporation (Circular No. 2504/CV-HĐQT dated October 10, 2001);
At the proposal of the Enterprise Reform and Development Board of the Ministry of Industry and the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Revoke Decision No. 29/2000/QĐ-BCN dated April 17, 2000 of the Minister of Industry transferring the Beer and Beverage Company into the Vietnam Duc Joint Stock Company.
Article 2. The Beer and Beverage Company shall develop a plan to sell the company according to Government Decree No. 103/1999/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 1999 on the transfer, lease, sale, and rental of enterprises and report it to the Vietnam Coal Corporation for submission to the Ministry of Industry for consideration and decision.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
The Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Director of the Inspectorate of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, Chairman of the Board of Management, and General Director of the Vietnam Coal Corporation, Director of the Beer and Beverage Company are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
