Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Document No. 11588/ĐH&SĐH dated December 1, 2003, and the Minister of Science and Technology in Document No. 2662/BKHCN-TCCB dated November 4, 2003,

Article 1. Assigning the Institute of Southeast Asia under the National Center for Social Sciences and Humanities the task of training Master's degree candidates; the Ministry of Education and Training shall consider and specify the specific fields of study.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of agencies at the ministerial level, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the National Center for Social Sciences and Humanities, and the Director of the Institute of Southeast Asia under the Center are responsible for implementing this Decision.
