THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
On the basis of Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
On the basis of the heritage site dossier and the Report No. 708/VX dated April 2, 2004, of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Thuận Province;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6National Heritage Site Classification: architectural and artistic relic Tấn Lộc Communal House in Tấn Tài Commune, Phan Rang-Thap Cham City, Ninh Thuận Province.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the architectural and artistic relic Tấn Lộc Communal House within their respective duties and powers in accordance with the laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Director of the Heritage Management Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Thuận Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ninh Thuận Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
