THE MINISTER OF POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS

On the basis of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated December 16, 2002;

On the basis of Decree No. 161/2005/ND-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;

, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, the Director of the Plant Protection Agency, the Director of the Crop Production Agency, the Director of the Quality, Processing, and Market Development Agency;

DECISION:

Article 1. Announces the List of regulatory legal documents within the authority of the Post and Telecommunications Ministry that have ceased to be effective, been abolished, or replaced by other documents, comprising 291 documents (Attached List).

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, Heads of Departments under the Legal Affairs Department, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry, and relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
