THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

Pursuant to Decree No. 81/2002/NĐ-CP dated October 17, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Science and Technology;

Pursuant to Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Decree No. 28/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government amending and supplementing some articles of Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP;

Pursuant to Decision No. 16/2003/QĐ-BKHCN dated July 18, 2003 of the Minister of Science and Technology promulgating "Regulations on the Selection of Organizations and Individuals to Lead Scientific and Technological Projects and Pilot Production Projects at the National Level";

Pursuant to Decision No. 20/2005/QĐ-BKHCN dated December 23, 2005 of the Minister of Science and Technology promulgating "Regulations Amending and Supplementing Articles 6, 7, 9, 11, and 13 of the Regulations on the Selection of Organizations and Individuals to Lead Scientific and Technological Projects and Pilot Production Projects at the National Level issued together with Decision No. 16/2003/QĐ-BKHCN dated July 18, 2003 of the Minister of Science and Technology";

Considering the proposals of the Heads of the Department of Science and Technology for Economic and Engineering Sectors, the Department of Social Sciences and Natural Sciences, and the Department of Planning and Finance

DECISION:

Article 1. Issued together with this Decision are "Regulations on the Working Method of the Advisory Council for Selection and Evaluation of Organizations and Individuals to Lead Scientific and Technological Projects and Pilot Production Projects at the National Level"

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 17/2003/QĐ-BKHCNMT dated July 18, 2003 of the Minister of Science and Technology on the issuance of "Regulations on the Working Method of the Advisory Council for Selection and Evaluation of Organizations and Individuals to Lead Scientific and Technological Projects and Pilot Production Projects at the National Level"

Article 3. The Heads of the Department of Science and Technology for Economic and Engineering Sectors, the Department of Social Sciences and Natural Sciences, the Department of Planning and Finance, the Director of the Office, the Heads of units under the Ministry, and the Heads of related agencies and organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
