MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT
BASED ON Decree No. 91/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
BASED ON Decree No. 160/2005/ND-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of the Law on Minerals and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Minerals.
PURSUANT TO the proposal of the Director of the Office of the Reserve Evaluation Council, the Head of the Legal Department.

Article 1. ATTACHED TO this Decision are the Regulations on the Grading of Reserves and Solid Mineral Resources.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 03/QDH dated March 2, 1973 of the Chairman of the Mineral Reserve Review Council. Previous regulations contrary to this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
