On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
CONSIDERING the report number 1277/UBND-VP dated December 28, 2005 from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong Province and the dossier of the relic;

Article 1. NATIONAL RELIC RANKING;
ARCHITECTURAL ART MONUMENT AN NGHIA PAGODA LAI CA CH MARKET TOWN, CAM GIANG DISTRICT, HAI DUA PROVINCE
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics ranked under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the architectural and artistic relic An Nghia Pagoda within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Hai Duong Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
