GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated November 12, 1996, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated December 6, 2002;

Pursuant to Decree No. 161/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 52/2003/ND-CP dated May 19, 2003, issued by the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;

At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Announces the List of regulatory legal documents issued by the State Bank that have become invalid due to legislative regulatory documents issued by the State Bank from January 1, 2002 to December 31, 2004, comprising 117 documents (Annex attached).

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Director of the Legal Department; Heads of units under the State Bank; Governors of the State Bank at provincial branches directly under the Central Government; Head of the Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City; General Directors (Directors) of credit organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
