Article 1. RATING OF NATIONAL HERITAGE SITES:
HISTORICAL HERITAGE
THE PRIEST HOUSE
AN HAI VILLAGE AND THOAI NGOC HA WARD, SON TRA DISTRICT, DANANG CITY
THE PROTECTED AREA OF THE HERITAGE SITE IS DETERMINED ACCORDING TO THE MINUTES AND MAPS OF THE PROTECTED AREAS IN THE FILE.
Article 2. THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AT ALL LEVELS WHERE THE HERITAGE SITES LISTED IN ARTICLE 1 OF THIS DECISION ARE LOCATED SHALL PERFORM STATE ADMINISTRATION OVER THE HISTORICAL HERITAGE SITE OF THE PRIEST HOUSE OF AN HAI VILLAGE AND THOAI NGOC HA WARD WITHIN THEIR DUTIES AND POWERS AS PROVIDED BY THE LEGISLATION ON HERITAGE.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE HERITAGE MANAGEMENT AGENCY, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF DANANG CITY, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DANANG CITY DEPARTMENT OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION, AND OTHER RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
