ISSUING REGULATIONS ON JOINT TRAINING AT COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY LEVELS
THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 178/2007/ND-CP OF DECEMBER 3, 2007 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENT AFFILIATED AGENCIES;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 85/2003/ND-CP OF JULY 18, 2003 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
AFTER RECEIVING THE AGREEMENT FROM THE MINISTRY OF LABOR - INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS IN DOCUMENT NO. 2094/BLDTBXH-TCDN OF JUNE 14, 2007;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION AND POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON JOINT TRAINING AT COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY LEVELS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE AND SHALL REPLACE DECREE NO. 49/2002/QD-BGD&DT OF DECEMBER 5, 2002 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING REGARDING TEMPORARY REGULATIONS ON JOINT TRAINING FOR VOCATIONAL TRAINING, SECONDARY TECHNICAL EDUCATION, COLLEGE, AND UNIVERSITY LEVELS. ALL PRIOR PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECISION SHALL BE ABOLISHED.
Article 3. THE DIRECTORS OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING'S OFFICE, HEAD OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION AND POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT; HEADS OF RELATED UNITS WITHIN THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, CHANCELLORS OF UNIVERSITIES AND ACADEMIES; PRINCIPALS OF UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
