Decision No. 06/2008/QĐ-BTP On the issuance of statistical forms regarding the organization and activities of grassroots conciliation boards

THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 62/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 6, 2003, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 160/1999/NĐ-CP dated October 18, 1999, detailing certain provisions of the Ordinance on the organization and operation of grassroots conciliation committees;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Popularization and Legal Education Department,

DECISION:

Article 1.

1. This Decision hereby promulgates nine types of Statistical Forms on the organization and operation of grassroots conciliation committees (hereinafter referred to as Statistical Forms for Conciliation Work), including:

- Forms regarding the organization of grassroots conciliation committees: STP/HG-TK.1A; PTP/HG-TK.2A; TP/HG-TK.3A; TP/THG-TK.4A;

- Forms regarding the results of conciliation by grassroots conciliation committees: STP/HG-TK.1B; PTP/HG-TK.2B; TP/HG-TK.3B; TP/THG-TK.4B;

- The Register for tracking the results of conciliation by grassroots conciliation committees: TP/THG-TK.4C.

2. The Statistical Forms for Conciliation Work prescribed in this Article shall be uniformly used throughout the country.

Article 2.

1. The Director of the Popularization and Legal Education Department shall be responsible for guiding provincial Departments of Justice to organize the printing and distribution of the nine types of Statistical Forms for Conciliation Work stipulated in this Decision, meeting the requirements for statistical work on the organization and operation of grassroots conciliation committees.

2. The Directors of provincial Departments of Justice shall organize the printing and distribution of the Statistical Forms for Conciliation Work according to the contents and formats specified in the forms issued together with this Decision.

Article 3. The printing and distribution of the Statistical Forms for Conciliation Work must comply with the relevant regulations.

Strictly prohibit the printing, distribution, and use of Statistical Forms for Conciliation Work contrary to the provisions of this Decision.

Article 4. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 5. The Heads of the Ministry of Justice's Office, the Director of the Popularization and Legal Education Department, and the Directors of provincial Departments of Justice are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
