Circular No. 06/2010/TT-BTNMT on economic and technical norms for planning and adjusting land use plans

CIRCULAR

REGULATIONS ON ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR THE PREPARATION AND AMENDMENT OF LAND USE PLANS AND PROGRAMS

MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT

Based on the Land Law dated November 26, 2003;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 181/2004/NĐ-CP dated October 29, 2004 of the Government on the implementation of the Land Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2009/NĐ-CP dated August 13, 2009 of the Government on additional provisions regarding land use planning, land prices, land recovery, compensation, support, and resettlement;
Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
Pursuant to Circular No. 19/2009/TT-BTNMT dated November 2, 2009 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment detailing the procedures for preparing, amending, and reviewing land use plans and programs;
At the request of the Director General of the Land Administration General Department, the Planning Department Director and the Legal Affairs Department Director,

c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B

Article 1. The economic and technical standards for the preparation and amendment of land use plans and programs are hereby promulgated together with this Circular.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from May 1, 2010.

This Circular replaces Decision No. 10/2005/QĐ-BTNMT dated October 24, 2005 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment on the issuance of economic and technical standards for the preparation and amendment of land use plans and programs.

Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Director of the Land Management General Department, Heads of units under the Ministry, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
