CIRCULAR

ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF SPECIALIZED HIGH SCHOOLS

Pursuant to the Education Law on June 14, 2005; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Education Law on November 25, 2009;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 2, 2006 DETAILING AND GUIDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE EDUCATION LAW; AND THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 31/2011/NĐ-CP OF MAY 11, 2011 AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 2, 2006 DETAILING AND GUIDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE EDUCATION LAW;

Pursuant to Decree No. 115/2010/NĐ-CP dated December 24, 2010 of the Government stipulating the responsibilities for state management of education.

At the proposal of the Director of the Secondary Education Department,

The Minister of Education and Training decides:

Article 1. This Circular promulgates the regulations on the organization and operation of specialized high schools.

Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM MARCH 31, 2012. THIS CIRCULAR REPLACES THE DECISION NO. 82/2008/QĐ-BGDĐT OF DECEMBER 31, 2008 OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF SPECIALIZED HIGH SCHOOLS.

Article 3. DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE, HEAD OF THE MIDDLE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF THE UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING RELATED TO THIS MATTER; CHAIRMEN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF THE PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT; DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING; DIRECTORS OF UNIVERSITIES, PRINCIPALS OF UNIVERSITIES WITH SPECIALIZED HIGH SCHOOLS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR./.
