Issuing the List of Key Vocational Training Equipment at the National Level for Intermediate Vocational Levels and College Vocational Levels vocational college level for the following trades: Computer repair and assembly technology; Network management technology; Construction technology; Metal cutting; Welding; Automotive technology; Domestic electrical technology; Industrial electrical technology; Air conditioning and refrigeration technology; Domestic electronics; Industrial electronics; Fashion design; Hotel operations - hotel management; Culinary techniquesThe Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs promulgates this Circular to stipulate the List of key vocational training equipment at the national level for intermediate vocational level and higher vocational college level for the following trades: Computer repair and assembly technology; Network management technology; Construction technology; Metal cutting; Welding; Automotive technology; Domestic electrical technology; Industrial electrical technology; Air conditioning and refrigeration technology; Domestic electronics; Industrial electronics; Fashion design; Hotel operations - hotel management; Culinary techniques.This Circular includes:1. Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 106/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012, of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;

This Circular takes effect from April 10, 2015.

Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, provincial People's Committees, the General Department of Vocational Training, intermediate vocational schools, higher vocational colleges teaching these trades at the national level, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.

28. Appendix 14b List of key vocational training equipment for the national level occupation "Food Processing Technology" at the college vocational level attached to the Circular.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from April 10, 2015.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, provincial People's Committees under central cities, the General Department of Vocational Training, vocational secondary schools, vocational college institutions teaching the above occupations at the national level, and related units are responsible for implementing this Circular.

In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, they are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution./.
