CIRCULAR
Prescribing the occupational title code for university preparatory teachers
Pursuant to Law on Public Officials November 15, 2010;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2012/NĐ-CP April 12, 2012 of the Government stipulating recruitment, utilization and management of public officials;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2017/NĐ-CP April 3, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
The Minister of Home Affairs issues this Circular prescribing the occupational title code for university preparatory teachers.
Article 1. Occupational Title Code for University Preparatory Teachers
1. University Preparatory Teacher Grade I - Code: V.07.07.17
2. University Preparatory Teacher Grade II - Code: V.07.07.18
3. University Preparatory Teacher Grade III - Code: V.07.07.19
Article 2. Effective Date
1. This Circular takes effect from November 15, 2017.
2. The occupational title codes for university preparatory teachers prescribed in Article 1 of this Circular shall serve as the basis for the Minister of Education and Training to stipulate the criteria for the occupational titles of university preparatory teachers.
Article 3. Responsibilities for Implementation
1. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to ministries, Heads of government agencies; Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees directly under the central government shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
2. Any difficulties encountered during implementation should be reported to the Ministry of Home Affairs for consideration and resolution./.
