CIRCULAR
Issuing the List of Occupations with Strict Requirements for Occupational Safety and Health
Pursuant to Clause 6, Article 14 of the Law on Occupational Safety and Health No. 84/2015/QH13 dated June 25, 2015;
________________________
Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;
Based on the proposal of the Director of the Department of Occupational Safety and Health;
The Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular to issue the List of Occupations with Strict Requirements for Occupational Safety and Health.
Article 1. List of Occupations with Strict Requirements for Occupational Safety and Health
1. This Circular hereby promulgates the List of Occupations with Strict Requirements for Occupational Safety and Health.
2. This Circular applies to entities as prescribed in Article 2 of the Law on Occupational Safety and Health, except Vietnamese workers going abroad under contract.
Article 2. Effective Date
1. This Circular takes effect from October 5, 2020.
2. Circular No. 13/2016/TT-BLDTBXH dated June 16, 2016 of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating the List of Occupations with Strict Requirements for Occupational Safety and Health shall be repealed from the date this Circular takes effect.
3. Any difficulties encountered during implementation should be reported to the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution./.
