THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF
THE NATIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE ACADEMY UNDER THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government dated June 19, 2015; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the Organization of the Government and the Law on the Organization of Local Administration dated November 22, 2019;
Pursuant to the Higher Education Law dated June 18, 2012; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Higher Education Law dated November 19, 2018;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2022/NĐ-CP dated September 12, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
||| Based on the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs;
The Prime Minister issues this Decision amending and supplementing certain articles of Decision No. 27/2022/QĐ-TTg dated December 19, 2022 of the Prime Minister regulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the National Administrative Academy under the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Article 1. Amend and supplement certain articles of Decision No. 27/2022/QĐ-TTg dated December 19, 2022 of the Prime Minister regulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the National Administrative Academy under the Ministry of Home Affairs as follows:
1. Amend Clause 19, 20, and 21 of Article 3 as follows:
"19. The branch of the National Administrative Academy in Ho Chi Minh City.
20. The branch of the National Administrative Academy in Quang Nam Province.
21. The branch of the National Administrative Academy in Dak Lak Province."
2. Amend and supplement Clause 4 of Article 5 as follows:
"4. The Academy shall receive and continue to organize the implementation of training and development tasks of the Hanoi Internal Affairs University, ensuring the rights of students; issuing diplomas and certificates for students in accordance with the law; inheriting all rights and obligations of the Hanoi Internal Affairs University that have been and are being implemented. Training activities at the main campus and branches of the Academy shall be carried out in accordance with the law."
Article 2. Effectiveness and responsibility for implementation
This Decision takes effect from April 15, 2024.
2. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of provincial and centrally-administered city People's Committees, Director of the National Administrative Academy, and related agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
