ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON CLASSIFICATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF HIGH-SPEED INLAND WATER VESSELS

BASED ON THE LAW ON INLAND WATERWAY TRANSPORT dated June 15, 2004;

BASED ON THE LAW AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON INLAND WATERWAY TRANSPORT dated June 17, 2014;

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations, and DECREE NO. 78/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of DECREE NO. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government;

BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 56/2022/ND-CP dated August 24, 2022 of THE GOVERNMENT stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT;

At the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology, and Environment Department and the Director of the Vietnam Registration Agency;

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ON NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON CLASSIFICATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF HIGH-SPEED INLAND WATER VESSELS.

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON CLASSIFICATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF HIGH-SPEED INLAND WATER VESSELS.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from September 1, 2025.
