DECISION
Approving the Protocol to implement the initial commitments within the framework of
the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on the Conclusion and Implementation of International Treaties No. 07/1998/PL-UBTVQH10 dated August 20, 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment at document No. 263-BKH/KTĐN dated January 14, 1999,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approving the Protocol to implement the service commitments phase 2 with ASEAN countries within the framework of the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services.
Article 2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall handle the diplomatic procedures for the approval of the above Protocol before March 31, 1999.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, and Heads of government agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
