THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
On the basis of Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
On the basis of the heritage site dossier and the Report No. 94/VX-CT dated January 25, 2005, of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Classification of national monuments: The Architectural Art Heritage Site of An Phu Commune Temple, Phu Lam Commune, Tien Du District, Bac Ninh Province.
Article 2. Within the scope of their duties and powers, the People's Committees at all levels where the heritage sites listed in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall implement state management over the architectural art heritage site of An Phu Commune Temple in accordance with the laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Director of the Heritage Management Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Ninh Province, and other relevant organizations and individuals shall be responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
