DECISION
Regarding the assignment of the task of training master's degree candidates for
The People's Public Security University

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2000 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Document No. 11077/ĐH&SĐH dated December 15, 2004 regarding the assignment of the task of training master's degree candidates to the People's Public Security University,
DECISION:
Article 1. Assign the task of training master's degree candidates to the People's Public Security University.
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training shall examine and specify the specific majors for training for the People's Public Security University.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees under central jurisdiction, and the People's Public Security University are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
