THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION

Pursuant to the Maritime Code of Vietnam dated June 14, 2005;

On the basis of  Law on Inland Waterway Transport dated June 15, 2004;

Pursuant to the Quality of Goods Ordinance No. 18/1999/PL-UBTVQH10 dated December 24, 1999;

Pursuant to Decree No. 179/2004/NĐ-CP dated October 21, 2004 of the Government stipulating state management over product and commodity quality;

WHEREAS, Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology and the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency,

DECISION:

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE INDUSTRY STANDARDS:

HYDRAULIC EQUIPMENT - TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

REGISTRATION NUMBER: 22 TCN 343 - 06

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments under the Ministry, the Director of the Vietnam Motor Vehicle Inspection Agency, Directors of Provincial Departments of Transport, Directors of Provincial Departments of Transport and Public Works, Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals related to this matter are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
