REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF AGRICULTURAL PLANNING AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT PRICES

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 52/1999/NĐ-CP dated July 8, 1999 on Investment Management Regulations and Construction; Decree No. 16/2005/NĐ-CP dated February 7, 2005 of the Government on Project Management for Construction Works;
At the proposal of the Director of the Planning Department
DECISION:
Article 1. The set of Agricultural Planning and Rural Development Prices attached hereto shall be promulgated pursuant to this Decision.
Article 2. The Agricultural Planning and Rural Development Prices stipulated in this set shall serve as the basis for preparing, reviewing, approving, tendering consultancy services for planning design, signing economic contracts, and settling costs for investigation and preparation of Agricultural Planning and Rural Development throughout the country.
Article 3. This Decision replaces Decision No. 02/2000/QĐ-BNN-KH dated January 4, 2000 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the issuance of Agricultural Planning and Rural Development Prices and shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Head of the Ministry's Office, Heads of relevant units, Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development under centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
