Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources;
Pursuant to Decision No. 25/2006/QĐ-TTg dated January 26, 2006 of the Prime Minister on the adoption of the Action Program of the Government on economical use and prevention of wastage;
Pursuant to Decision No. 30/2006/QĐ-TTg dated February 6, 2006 of the Prime Minister on the adoption of the Action Program of the Government to implement the Law on Prevention and Combating Corruption;
At the proposal of the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Director of the Planning and Finance Department, and the Director of the Legal Affairs Department.

Article 1. The Action Program of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources to implement the Law on Prevention and Combating Corruption; the Law on Economical Use and Prevention of Wastage is hereby adopted along with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Inspectorate, the Planning and Finance Department, the Heads of Departments, Bureaus, units, and State-owned Enterprises under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
