DECISION

Issuing Regulations on the Use and Training of Vocational Teachers

THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 139/2006/NĐ-CP dated November 20, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law and the Labor Code regarding Vocational Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and state management responsibilities of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;

At the proposal of the Director of the General Department of Vocational Training.

DECISION:

Article 1. The Regulations on the Use and Training of Vocational Teachers are promulgated together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 1607/2002/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated December 20, 2002 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs on the issuance of the Regulations on the Use and Training of Vocational Teachers.

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the General Department of Vocational Training, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs under central cities and provinces, the Directors of vocational training centers, the Principals of vocational secondary schools, the Principals of vocational college, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
