Article 1. National Monument Classification:
ARCHITECTURAL AND ARTISTIC MONUMENT
LOI SON PAGODA
CAO XA COMMUNE, LAM THAO DISTRICT, PHU THO PROVINCE
The protected area of the monument shall be determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the monuments classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the architectural and artistic monument Loi Son Pagoda within their respective duties and powers as provided by law on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Phu Tho Province, and other relevant organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
