CIRCULAR
Issuing 27 Technical Safety Inspection Procedures for machinery and equipment
with strict requirements for labor safety under the management responsibility of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs
Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2013/NĐ-CP dated May 10, 2013 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Labor Code on working hours, rest periods, and labor safety and hygiene.

Pursuant to Decree No. 106/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012, of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;
The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular issuing 27 Technical Safety Inspection Procedures for machinery and equipment with strict requirements for labor safety under the management responsibility of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.

This Circular issues 27 Technical Safety Inspection Procedures for machinery and equipment with strict requirements for labor safety under the management responsibility of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs. The names and codes of these procedures are listed in the Appendix to this Circular.
Article 1. Scope of Regulation
1. This Circular takes effect from May 1, 2014.
Article 2. Effective Date
2. Decision No. 66/2008/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated December 29, 2008 on the Technical Safety Inspection Procedures for lifting equipment, elevators, and escalators; Decision No. 67/2008/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated December 29, 2008 on the Technical Safety Inspection Procedures for boilers, pressure vessels, refrigeration systems, gas charging systems, gas storage cylinders, and steam and hot water pipelines; Circular No. 01/2010/TT-BLĐTBXH dated January 12, 2010 on the Technical Safety Inspection Procedures for passenger ropeways, high-speed roller coasters, and slide systems shall cease to be effective from the date this Circular takes effect.
The Department of Occupational Safety and Health, Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, technical safety inspection organizations, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular. Any difficulties encountered during implementation should be reported to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution.
