CIRCULAR
Issuing Economic and Technical Standards for Meteorological and Hydrological Survey and Investigation Work
Pursuant to the Law on Meteorology and Hydrology dated November 23, 2015;
Pursuant to Decree No. 68/2022/NĐ-CP dated September 22, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
At the request of the Director General of the National Centre for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting, the Head of the Department of Planning and Finance, and the Head of the Legal Department;
The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular on Economic and Technical Standards for Meteorological and Hydrological Survey and Investigation Work.
Article 1. Accompanying this Circular are the Economic and Technical Standards for Meteorological and Hydrological Survey and Investigation Work.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from September 15, 2023, and replaces Circular No. 45/2017/TT-BTNMT dated October 23, 2017, issued by the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment on Economic and Technical Standards for Meteorological and Hydrological Survey and Investigation Work (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 45/2017/TT-BTNMT).
Article 3. Transitional Provisions
Specialized tasks and projects related to meteorological and hydrological survey and investigation work that have been approved according to the standards of Circular No. 45/2017/TT-BTNMT and are being implemented or have not yet commenced before the effective date of this Circular shall continue to be implemented based on the approved grounds, except where there is a requirement to implement according to the provisions of this Circular.
Article 4. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, provincial People's Committees, units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular.
Article 5. During the implementation of this Circular, if there are difficulties or obstacles, agencies, organizations, and individuals are requested to report to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for consideration and resolution./.
