On the basis of the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015; and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Government Organization and the Law on Local Administration Organization dated November 22, 2019;

On the basis of the Consumer Rights Protection Law dated June 20, 2023;

At the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade;

The Prime Minister issues this Decision on the issuance of the List of Products, Goods, and Services Required to Register Standardized Contracts and General Trading Conditions.

Article 1. List of products, goods, and services required to register standardized contracts and general trading conditions

Attached to this Decision is the List of products, goods, and services required to register standardized contracts and general trading conditions as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 28 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

Article 2. Effective Date

This Decision takes effect from July 1, 2024, and replaces the following Decisions:

1. Decision No. 02/2012/QĐ-TTg dated January 13, 2012 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the List of Essential Goods and Services Required to Register Standardized Contracts and General Trading Conditions.

2. Decision No. 35/2015/QĐ-TTg dated August 20, 2015 of the Prime Minister amending and supplementing Decision No. 02/2012/QĐ-TTg dated January 13, 2012 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the List of Essential Goods and Services Required to Register Standardized Contracts and General Trading Conditions.

3. Decision No. 38/2018/QĐ-TTg dated September 5, 2018 of the Prime Minister amending and supplementing Decision No. 35/2015/QĐ-TTg dated August 20, 2015 of the Prime Minister amending and supplementing Decision No. 02/2012/QĐ-TTg of the Prime Minister dated January 13, 2012 on the issuance of the List of Essential Goods and Services Required to Register Standardized Contracts and General Trading Conditions.

4. Decision No. 25/2019/QĐ-TTg dated February 13, 2019 of the Prime Minister amending and supplementing Decision No. 35/2015/QĐ-TTg dated August 20, 2015 of the Prime Minister amending and supplementing Decision No. 02/2012/QĐ-TTg dated January 13, 2012 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the List of Essential Goods and Services Required to Register Standardized Contracts and General Trading Conditions.

Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation

Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally-administered city People's Committees, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
