DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT

Issuing the "Regulations on Bus Terminals"

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION

Pursuant to the Road Traffic Law dated June 29, 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 92/2001/ND-CP dated December 11, 2001 of the Government on Conditions for Operating Road Passenger Transport Services by Motor Vehicles;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

At the proposal of the Heads of the Department of Transport and the General Department of Roads of Vietnam,

DECISION:

Article 1. The "Regulations on Bus Terminals" are hereby promulgated together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 4128/2001/QD-BGTVT dated December 5, 2001 of the Minister of Transport.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, Heads of Departments, Directors of General Departments, Inspectorate Director, Directors of Provincial Departments of Transport, Directors of Provincial Departments of Transport and Public Works, Heads of agencies and units, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
