Article 1. NATIONAL RELIC RANKING;
HISTORICAL MONUMENTS
NATIONAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT SITE (1951-1954)
YEN NGUYEN COMMUNE, CHIEM HOA DISTRICT, TUYEN QUANG PROVINCE
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics ranked under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the historical relic National Education Department Site (1951-1954) within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Management Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Tuyen Quang Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
