Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 1997; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 2003;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Rewards November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and Ministerial-Level Agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 122/2005/NĐ-CP dated October 4, 2005 of the Government stipulating the organization for competition and reward work;
Pursuant to Decision No. 338/2005/QĐ-TTg dated December 19, 2005 of the Prime Minister establishing the Department of Competition and Rewards under the State Bank of Vietnam;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department

Article 1. The attached to this Decision "Regulations on the Organization and Operation of the Department of Competition and Rewards" shall be promulgated.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Heads of the Department of Organization and Cadres, the Head of the Department of Competition and Rewards, and the Heads of units related to the State Bank of Vietnam shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
