ISSUING REGULATIONS ON VOCATIONAL EDUCATION ENROLLMENT
THE MINISTER OF LABOR - SOCIAL AFFAIRS AND SOCIAL SECURITY
WHEREAS, Decree No. 29/2003/ND-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - Social Affairs and Social Security;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 139/2006/ND-CP dated November 20, 2006 of the Government provides detailed regulations and guidelines for implementing certain provisions of the Education Law and the Labor Code concerning vocational training;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. The accompanying Decision promulgates the Regulations on Vocational Education Enrollment.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies and agencies under the Government having affiliated vocational training institutions, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Director of the Ministry's Office, General Directors of the Vocational Training General Department; Principals and Directors of vocational training institutions, Heads of units and agencies related to this matter are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
