Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Considering the Report No. 715/UBND-VX dated April 9, 2007 of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang Province and the dossier on cultural relics;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage.
DECISION:
Article 1. National Historical Site Ranking: Scenic Spot:
BAM BA WATERFALL - TRUNG HA COMMUNE, CHIEM HOA DISTRICT,
TUYEN QUANG PROVINCE
The protected area of the monument shall be determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the cultural relic ranked under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the scenic spot Bam Ba Waterfall within their respective functions and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Tuyen Quang Province, and other relevant organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
