Article 1. National Monument Classification:
ARCHITECTURAL ART MONUMENT
PHUONG AN TEMPLE AND ALTAR
PHUONG LAU COMMUNE, VIET TRI CITY, PHU THO PROVINCE
The protected area of the monument is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the monuments classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the architectural art monument Phuong An Temple and Altar within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Management Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Phu Tho Province, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
