Amending and supplementing certain articles of the regulations issued pursuant to Decision No. 10/2007/QĐ-BKHCN dated May 11, 2007
and Decision No. 11/2007/QĐ-BKHCN dated June 4, 2007 of the Minister of Science and Technology

Pursuant to Decree No. 28/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 14, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 67/NQ-CP dated December 24, 2010 of the Government on simplifying administrative procedures within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Science and Technology;
The Minister of Science and Technology amends and supplements certain articles of the Regulations on selecting and evaluating organizations and individuals responsible for implementing state-level scientific and technological tasks issued pursuant to Decision No. 10/2007/QĐ-BKHCN dated May 11, 2007 and the Regulations on selecting and evaluating organizations and individuals responsible for implementing state-level social science and humanities research projects issued pursuant to Decision No. 11/2007/QĐ-BKHCN dated June 4, 2007 of the Minister of Science and Technology as follows:
Article 1. Amending and supplementing certain articles of the Regulations on selecting and evaluating organizations and individuals responsible for implementing state-level scientific and technological tasks issued together with Decision No. 10/2007/QĐ-BKHCN dated May 11, 2007 as follows:
1. Delete the phrase "period 2006-2010" at point a, Clause 2, Article 1.
2. Amend the beginning of Article 9 as follows:
“The application file for participating in selection and evaluation, hereinafter referred to as the Application File, includes: one (01) original set of the Application File: presented and printed on A4 paper size, using Vietnamese font from the Unicode character set according to Vietnam Standard TCVN 6909:2001, font size 14 and one (01) electronic version of the Application File recorded on a CD (in PDF format, without password protection) packed in a sealed envelope with the following information clearly marked on the outside:”.
3. Delete the phrase "Scientific and technological advisory council for selection and evaluation" at Clause 1 and Clause 2, Article 11.
Article 2. During implementation, if there are arising issues or difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals should report them to the Ministry of Science and Technology for timely consideration and resolution./.
