REGARDING AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO DECISION NO. 86/2008/QD-BTC OF OCTOBER 20, 2008 ON THE ISSUANCE OF STANDARDS FOR THE STORAGE OF UNBOLTED RICE UNDER LOW PRESSURE DIRECTLY MANAGED BY THE NATIONAL RESERVE AGENCY STANDARDS FOR THE STORAGE OF UNBOLTED RICE UNDER LOW PRESSURE DIRECTLY MANAGED BY THE NATIONAL RESERVE AGENCY

BASED ON THE NATIONAL RESERVE LAW NO. 17/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 OF APRIL 29, 2004 OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 196/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 2, 2004 detailing the implementation of the National Reserve Ordinance;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE ISSUES AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO DECISION NO. 86/2008/QD-BTC ON THE ISSUANCE OF STANDARDS FOR THE STORAGE OF UNBOLTED RICE UNDER LOW PRESSURE DIRECTLY MANAGED BY THE NATIONAL RESERVE AGENCY AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO ARTICLE 2 OF DECISION NO. 86/2008/QD-BTC OF OCTOBER 20, 2008 OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE ON THE ISSUANCE OF STANDARDS FOR THE STORAGE OF UNBOLTED RICE UNDER LOW PRESSURE, AS FOLLOWS:
"THESE STANDARDS SHALL BE USED AS THE BASIS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PLANS FOR THE STORAGE OF UNBOLTED RICE UNDER LOW PRESSURE IN 2011."
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect forty-five days from the date of signature.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE NATIONAL RESERVE AGENCY, THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, AND THE HEADS OF THE UNITS INVOLVED IN THE MANAGEMENT OF STATE RESERVES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ORGANIZING THE IMPLEMENTATION HEREOF./.
