CIRCULAR
DETAIL REGULATIONS ON GRAVIMETRIC SURVEY
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2002/NĐ-CP dated January 22, 2002 of the Government on surveying and mapping activities;
WHEREAS, THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 25/2008/NĐ-CP OF MARCH 4, 2008 DEFINES THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT; GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 19/2010/NĐ-CP OF MARCH 5, 2010 AMENDS AND SUPPLEMENTS POINTS C, D, G, H, I OF CLAUSE 5, ARTICLE 2 AND GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 89/2010/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 16, 2010 AMENDS AND SUPPLEMENTS ARTICLE 3 OF GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 25/2008/NĐ-CP;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSALS OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM GEODETIC AND CARTOGRAPHIC CORPORATION, THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT;
THE MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR TO REGULATE DETAIL PROVISIONS ON GRAVIMETRIC SURVEY,
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO ARE THE DETAIL REGULATIONS ON GRAVIMETRIC SURVEY.
Article 2THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM SEPTEMBER 24, 2012.
Article 3. THE MINISTER, HEADS OF MINISTRIES EQUIVALENT TO MINISTRIES, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, CHAIRMEN OF PROVINIAL PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AND URBAN CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM GEODETIC AND CARTOGRAPHIC CORPORATION, HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT, AND ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED THERETO SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
