Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 18, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law; Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law; Decree No. 07/2013/NĐ-CP dated January 9, 2013 of the Government amending Point b Clause 13 Article 1 of Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Pursuant to the minutes of the meeting of the Program Review Board for the Philosophy Course for non-Philosophy majors at the Master's and Doctoral levels held on January 25, 2013;
At the proposal of the Director of the Higher Education Department;
The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular on the Philosophy Course for non-Philosophy majors at the Master's and Doctoral levels.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the Philosophy Course for non-Philosophy majors at the Master's and Doctoral levels, including:
1. The Philosophy Course for non-Philosophy majors at the Master's and Doctoral levels in social sciences and humanities;
2. The Philosophy Course for non-Philosophy majors at the Master's and Doctoral levels in natural sciences and technology.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from April 22, 2013. This Circular replaces Decision No. 33/2004/QĐ-BGDĐT dated September 28, 2004 of the Minister of Education and Training on the issuance of the Philosophy Course for graduate students and doctoral candidates not belonging to the Philosophy major.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, Directors of the Higher Education Department, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; Rectors of universities and presidents of academies, principals of universities assigned the task of training at the Master's and Doctoral levels are responsible for implementing this Circular.
