Amending and supplementing Article 2 of Circular No. 04/2020/TT-BNNPTNT dated March 9, 2020, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on National Technical Regulations for animal feed and raw materials for aquatic feed production

Decree No. Decree No. 15/2017/ND-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
On the basis of Law on Standards and Technical Regulations 2006;
On the basis of Law on Product Quality and Goods 2007;
On the basis of Fisheries Law 2017;
On the basis of Livestock Law 2018;
Decree No. Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Fisheries General Department and the Director of the Livestock Service;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues this Circular to amend and supplement Article 2 of Circular No. 04/2020/TT-BNNPTNT dated March 9, 2020, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on National Technical Regulations for animal feed and raw materials for aquatic feed production.
Article 1. Supplement Clause 1a following Clause 1 of Article 2 of Circular No. 04/2020/TT-BNNPTNT dated March 9, 2020, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on National Technical Regulations for animal feed and raw materials for aquatic feed production as follows:
"1a. Maximum allowable levels for the following indicators: SalmonellaArsenic total (As), Cadmium (Cd), Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg) in traditional feed, raw materials for aquatic feed production of plant origin specified in Section III of Appendix I of the National Technical Regulations promulgated with this Circular shall be applied from July 1, 2021."
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2020.
Article 3. The Director General of the Fisheries General Department, the Director of the Livestock Service, heads of relevant units, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
