AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO CERTAIN ARTICLES OF THE CIRCULAR NO. 07/2012/TT-BVHTTDL OF JULY 16, 2012 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM GUIDING THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 32/2012/NĐ-CP OF APRIL 12, 2012 ON MANAGEMENT OF EXPORT AND IMPORT OF NON-COMMERCIAL CULTURAL GOODS
Pursuant to Decree No. 79/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 17, 2017, of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 32/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 12, 2012 on management of export and import of non-commercial cultural goods;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 22/2022/NĐ-CP dated March 25, 2022 amending and supplementing certain articles of the Government Decree No. 32/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 12, 2012 on management of export and import of non-commercial cultural goods;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department;
The Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism hereby issues the Circular amending and supplementing certain articles of the Circular No. 07/2012/TT-BVHTTDL dated July 16, 2012 issued by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism guiding the Government Decree No. 32/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 12, 2012 on management of export and import of non-commercial cultural goods.
Article 1. Amendments and supplements to certain articles of the Circular No. 07/2012/TT-BVHTTDL dated July 16, 2012 issued by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism guiding the Government Decree No. 32/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 12, 2012 on management of export and import of non-commercial cultural goods.
1. Amend and supplement Article 5 as follows:
“Article 5. Imported cultural goods
Films defined at point b Clause 1 Article 8 of the Government Decree No. 32/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 12, 2012 on management of export and import of non-commercial cultural goods, amended at Clause 2 Article 1 of the Government Decree No. 22/2022/NĐ-CP dated March 25, 2022 amending and supplementing certain articles of the Government Decree No. 32/2012/NĐ-CP include the following types: films for screening, broadcasting, sample presentation, submission to the Film Review Board, dissemination, distribution according to the provisions of the law on national cinema networks and television systems.
2. Supplement Model No. 03a after Model No. 03 at Clause 3 Article 9 of the Circular No. 07/2012/TT-BVHTTDL, amended and supplemented by the Circular No. 22/2018/TT-BVHTTDL dated June 29, 2018 issued by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism amending and supplementing certain articles of the Circular No. 07/2012/TT-BVHTTDL as follows:
"Model No. 03a: Application for Import Permit for Films".
Article 2. Implementation clause
1. This Circular takes effect from December 15, 2022.
2. During implementation, if any difficulties arise, please promptly report to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (through the Cinema Department) for study and appropriate amendments and supplements.
